In October 2007, Indofood Agri Resources Ltd, the plantation arm of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, became the Company's majority shareholder through its Indonesian.

NETWORK AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEER (SUPERVISOR):
What we expect you to do?
- Configure, operate, and monitor WAN and LAN network operations, spanning cities and remote areas, with multiple switching centers. Provide users with service level of traffic management.
What we expect from you?
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Understand network topology variety; network and communication devices; subnets.
- Understand devices with Cisco and SNMP-based configurations and connectivity.
- Manage traffic capacity, monitoring, security, utilizations and optimization.
- Understand networking protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, QoS, VoIP, VPN, Trunking, Layer 3 switching.
- Possess a tertiary degree in Computer-related major, preferable with experience and device certifications.
- Have good diagnostic, analytical & problem solving skills with preventive measure strategies and service-delivery oriented.

CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT STAFF (SUPERVISOR):
What we expect you to do?
- Design documentation for device, system and application configuration management. Manage live configuration documents on company portal adapting to changes and with integration to system tools.
What we expect from you?
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Understand computer and network devices, logic of device configurations, connectivity and their interdependencies.
- Possess a tertiary degree in any major with strong computer and English background.
- Have proficient English, excellent document management, and service delivery oriented.

REGIONAL ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (BASED JAKARTA):
1. BACKGROUND EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering S1 or min. Diploma 4.
2. SKILL: Operational AUTOCAD, Operational SAP, Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Operational Diagram Line of Electrical.
3. KNOWLEDGE: Trouble Shooting of Electrical.
4. QUALIFICATION: Control & Monitoring project (Availability & Productivity), Technical Support services, Good analysis of problem, Problem solving, Good Health, Quick Response.
5. PREFERANCE: Male, Mature min. 28 years old, Willing to travel in several plantation/ mills belong to LONSUM.
6. EXPERIENCE OF WORKS: Min. 3 years, having working experience in Mills/ Plant Factory/ Manufacturing Factory (prefer Agribusiness Company).

3. KNOWLEDGE: Processing Machinaries, Trouble Shooting of Machinaries, Boiler Machines, Oil Palm Plant Factory Processing, Manufacturing Factory Processing.
4. QUALIFICATION: Control & Monitoring project (Availability & Productivity), Technical Support services, Good analysis of problem, Problem solving, Good Health, Quick Response.
5. PREFERANCE: Male, Mature min. 28 years old, Willing to travel in several plantation/ mills belong to LONSUM.
6. EXPERIENCE OF WORKS: Min. 3 years, having working experience in Mills/ Plant Factory (of Agribusiness Company)/ Manufacturing Factory.

2. SKILL: Operational AUTOCAD (Min. 2D), Calculate Bill of Quantity, Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Knowed Basic Topograph & Soil Test, Knowed Basic Structure Building Analysis.
3. KNOWLEDGE: 9 PMBOK Knowledge Area (Integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, procurement).
4. QUALIFICATION: Control & Monitoring project, Technical Support services, Good analysis of problem, Problem solving, Good Health, Quick Response.
5. PREFERANCE: Male, Mature min. 30 years old, Willing to be placed in South Sulawesi and travel in several plantation/ mills belong to LONSUM.
6. EXPERIENCE OF WORKS: Min. 3 years, having working experience in Civil Project (prefer Agribusiness Company).
